This is an absolutely interesting book for someone who is interested in sea or someone who wants to be an oceanograper.

This book contains 7 chapters and it is mostly about Mr. Aronnax's exciting adventure's experience. When I read this, it is like real stories! It must be exciting for most of you as well, but it has only one bad thing. At Chapter 7, Mr. Aronnax and his other crews were sucked into the Maelstrom, but it is then directly written that he has been in his house! Anything happened between is not written at all. When I finished reading it, I think it was strange.

This book is compact version of the original story which was written by Jules Verne. That's why I think that it has such strange point like what I have stated before. Someday, I want to read the longer version.
